I am brutally honest, please note, this was my experience….Firstly This was a gift for my 38 yr old Daughter.Prior to ordering the bum bum cream from Ebay, I had received a sampler from Espy, I remember that day vividly.My daughter had her sample box from a diff erent company & she didn’t receive the Bum-Bum cream.Well as we always do, we open things together.I went 1st and took out that little yellow jar of BUM-BUM CREAM, as soon as I got the wrapping off, this yummy smell started to wrap around our room, it was a tropical banana, vanilla & other notes that made me want to eat it, 😂 it was a very thick buttery body butter with this aroma I will never forget. YUMMY.I put a dab on the back of my hand, it went on like velvet & OMG That smell was out of this world along with the feel of having a radiant spot on the back of my hand from the tiny tab I had used. The smell lasted, & actually I could still smell it a little in the morning.An extremely excellent product.My daughter wanted it so bad, so I traded her for an eye serum. She feel in love with Bum-Bum Cream,Her birthday was coming up so while shopping at my favorite place to shop, (AMAZON) I came across "BUM-BUM CREAM”I’m thinking 🤔 thinking 💭 Wow 😮 This is part of her gift, I can’t go wrong, she’s going to love ❤️ it and again I’ll be the smartest Mom for remembering her one absolutely favorite BUM-BUM CREAM!I ordered it, not the super large but the 2.5 oz/ 75 ml.Shipping was prompt as it is most of the time.She received her package, opened her box and said Mom, something is wrong 😑. This has no box nor safety seal.She took off the lid & there was hardly any of that wonderful smell, it looked like it was used & part way gone, the smell was like a hint of musty water.Then she put her finger in it, rubbed it on her arm and said this is BS Mom, it’s watery and feels like water "NOT” lotion, like someone used it & added water, within 5 minutes the smell was only a old musty smell. Absolutely not what it should of been.NO MOISTURIZER AT ALL just a whipped watery something , AN OLD MUSTY SMELL, NO SAFETY SEAL, BOX - only the white cap and screw on lid.My daughter said, Mom why didn’t you order from a Department store like Nordstrom’s or Sephora?My answer was Ebay is my Department store, is Amazing. I believe they will make this right.It’s very hard for me to get out of my house to return this product. The postal office is so far away & I can’t drive right now due to a illness. That’s why I have my orders delivered to my home.Please look at the pictures and tell me what you think just from viewing them.No safety wrap is my #1 fearNo BoxLooks used ( I put my finger in it after I took the pictures)Musty Smell ( not pleasant)Not a Moisturizer, it’s way to Watery.Looks to be at least 1/4 gone or more.I feel I needed to show this.Products like this, perfume & Makeup should come in original & sealed packaging unless otherwise stated.Buyers beware,SignedBewildered 😕 and Sad 😔I still Love my Ebay
