Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to use, easy to clean, small footprint and value, 5 stars in every way!

I've been in the kitchen without a mixer for many years and I really wanted to try it out. Wow! I've had this blender for a week now and I have to say it's a great addition to my kitchen. I like that it's lightweight and takes up little space compared to other bulky and expensive options. It arrived very well packaged, all individually wrapped, after everything was unpacked and washed it went straight to my work. The first products was a cake, light peas, they put in the cake mix, eggs, butter and turned on, stirred for 2 minutes and poured into a cake pan. It went without any problems. After scraping down the center with the included spatula, there was no excess dry mix in the bowl. Cleaning was easy, rinse with hot water, rub down with a soapy sponge, rinse, dry and put away. Less than 3 minutes. Then there were cookies, I was too lazy so mix the bag up in a mixing bowl with eggs, butter and water. This required a bit more spatula work as it's a very dry mix, but cookies in the pan in less than 5 minutes. Quick easy cleaning as before. When last used for the first week I had concerns about whether the blender would handle it well and it was pressure on freshly cooked chicken breasts. I see my kids do this all the time with their expensive bulky heavy blenders but I was wondering if this one could do it and pleasant surprise it did and did it with ease. I have to say that this blender was a very pleasant surprise. He coped with all tasks assigned to him, including those for which he was not intended. Very easy to care for, light. I love red. Countertop space is minimal for a stand mixer. The dollar value is excellent. I have to say it gets 5 stars all round.
