Screen areas with no touch response

I ordered this for reviews and it wasn't cheaper nor more expensive but the first one came broken they were promptly replaced and the second has areas on the screen that don't work it is like a line in the middle of the screen. I will buy another screen from another brand to fix the screen. It's a shame because the instructions and tools explained the process perfectly.
