I run 3-4 times a week. I've worn many different shoes to find the "perfect" fit. Brooks has always been a dependable shoe that's comfortable and comfortable. I have a narrow foot but I like that the Brooks have a slightly wider forefoot (midfoot) to keep the foot from swelling during and after running. I buy shoes a full size larger than my usual shoe size to reduce swelling and stress on my toes. This shoe has a thicker sole which hopefully will help with compression. They are no heavier than any of my other running shoes. I've only been wearing it for a week, but my runs are smooth and I don't have any joint pain. As always, Prime ships within a few days. No product damage. They left it on my porch and emailed me for delivery. Excellent communication and service.
