Buy it! It works. in my review

I use it to piggyback two Pelican cases. One without wheels on the back of one with wheels. Easy to attach and easy to remove. It is adjustable to fit different sized luggage. You can put it in your luggage when you check in your bag, or like myself, put it in your pocket. It's small enough to not be annoying.
