Quickly create flows, business rules or process steps for end-user defined scenarios using drag & drop wizards (or you can even do this manually). It's easy enough that non technical users could use it without any training at all! Some of its features are not as powerful compared with other products such as IBM Rational Purify which allows more customisation in terms of designing complex workflows/processes but if your requirements don't require too much flexibility then definitely give navvia a try - I have been able to quickly generate high quality documentation within days instead weeks when creating manual documents by hand. Automation has reduced paperwork significantly allowing me time back into my day job rather than spending hours writing detailed manuals every week.
