Review on Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 Functional Training Shoes by Tai Waldbillig

Very very happy with these shoes. As soon as I put these shoes on, I knew they were going to be great. They fit well and are very comfortable. I climbed into them for my first workout and they are very stable shoes. I have a wide foot and they fit perfectly. Contrary to some other reviews, I have no issues with the fit or the odd mention of an arched buckle. A few years ago I had a pair of Inov-8 F-Lite 195s and wasn't thrilled with them. However, I am crazy about them and will order another set. I've been looking for shoes to replace my Nano 5.0 and they are perfect. Light, flat, minimalist, with a low drop and enough cushioning for short runs. I ran 1.5 miles out of the pits and felt great. I would not recommend them for runs longer than 2 miles. Also, this is one of the best running shoes I've ever owned. Better than my F-Lite 195, Reebok Crossfit Speed TR, New Balance Minimus 20V7 and Asics Weldon Xs. They're a very close comparison to the Crossfit Nano 5.0 (which were my favorites). Very very good shoes.
