I installed this on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma. It wouldn't be easier if someone didn't do it for me. First off, this is a very well made pendant. It is carried out professionally in every respect. The connectors are identical to the OEM connectors, the cables themselves are strong and everything fits. For those of you wondering how to install this. You will remove two screws for each taillight assembly. The assembly is then displayed. You disconnect the vehicle's main wiring harness from its existing connector and plug the correct end of the Curt wiring harness between these two original connectors. (There are left and right.) The wire harness comes out from under the car through the access hole. light things. Slide the taillights back and install the screws. Then put the braid under the car in a place where it won't interfere and secure with a zipper. While you're there, attach the junction box and also attach the ground wire to the body self-tapping screw. If you have even a little mechanical tilt, this should be an easy setup. Much better than the typical cut and glued version at the auto parts store. Can't recommend enough. Easy 5 star rating.
