Only giving 4 stars because it was left in the wrong house. My only guess is that the driver didn't check or was unable to verify the number of the house he was delivering to. He took pictures of the unloading and I could tell it was my neighbor's house and I was able to collect my package. The item itself was great. It goes very well with my Xbox controller, all the cutouts are in the right places and the colors are very vibrant. The handles also fit very well. A little tricky to put on but that just means it fits snugly and won't fall off or twist while playing. I recommend this and would buy it again.
