Excellent customer service
Pros: I contacted the manufacturer/seller and they immediately helped and also sent a replacement right away because the night vision was a little blurry. I love the fact that you can adjust the volume on each camera so the lullaby isn't too loud. Split screen saves lives because it makes me feel safe. Cons: The monitor doesn't last long, but with all the other great features, I don't mind leaving it on.
