Connected to a 2006 Mustang with no problems, but not compatible with S5. Wrote to usaspec support. Will be updated when corrected. Update 1: I called the retailer for usaspec's phone number as it is not on their website. Was very impressed with their support and gave another star. He gave me something to try, if not he said to replace it. Will update again after I try or replace the suggestion. Note for 2006 Mustang owners: If your radio doesn't have an mp3 logo (I do) this will not work. Update 2: Got it working by flipping the DIP switches. Bluetooth streaming sounds great but due to installation issues I'm only giving it 4 stars.
