Great Purchase! for my opinion

This is a great purchase. The quality is amazing. It’s very dainty, but seriously strong. I’ve snagged it a few times and it hasn’t broken. The color is still intact and it comes in multiple sizes. Good price point for the quality. Also, this is 18”. I originally purchased the 20” but it was too long. It rested right between my breasts. Love!

I like the chain but the clip was/is so tiny it's hard to clip it by myself. I always need help.

The necklace is basically a piece of string. I went through the process of returning the item. I dropped off the item at UPS and got a confirmation of its was delivered a over 5 days ago. I tried to contact seller for a status update and haven''t heard anything. Still haven''t gotten my money. So now I have no necklace and no money. Terrible experience and product.
