The representative was unhelpful and appeared more interested in making justifications than in finding a solution to my issue. It seemed as though they had no interest in my company or in ensuring that I was happy with the service I received as a consumer. To make matters even more difficult, when I did eventually receive the parts that I had ordered, I discovered that they were of poor quality and did not fit my vehicle correctly.
