This is a good machine that helped us get through a busy period when our industrial press burned down to get a 14 day replacement. That being said, the timer doesn't beep and the temperature control could be improved with prolonged use (continuous use over 8 hours). None of them are a deal breaker for me. I still set it up and use it when there is a one-time discount and I don't have to heat up the big one (I'll call her Hildegard). Now I need to know if they only sell records so I can print on backpacks
