So my main gripe with the $80K+ laptop is why is it so unreliable? I use my laptop carefully, I don’t throw it, I don’t press it, I don’t put anything on it, but the keyboard has abrasions on the display. The keyboard itself, or rather the key mechanism, is very unreliable. And the second is the ports - I understand that Apple is striving for a wireless future, but it's too early, there is too much equipment on USB, and this is not a typewriter, but a professional instrument! Does the prefix Pro mean anything? As a result, in order to simply connect a microphone, mixer, hard drive or something else, you need adapters, and this is additional space in the workspace and extra cargo in the bag. Summing up, I can say that the MacBook has become an expensive stylish toy, compared to the 2022 model. Yes, there were problems with the anti-glare coating on that model, but there were normal ports, there were no problems with the keyboard and, subjectively, there was a more efficient cooling system. Now Apple has completely gone the wrong way and is offering the Macbook Air in the most basic configuration for 90 thousand. For this money, you can get a much more reliable and productive Windows machine without overpaying for a shiny apple on the lid. Decide what is more important to you - reliability or fashion.
