I used to buy the mango pomegranate flavor and it's amazing. My husband and kids keep stealing it from me so I decided to order 3 packs of mint for them. When my husband tried the mint, it had an odd woody, almost smoky flavor. Which none of us cared about. I contacted the company to see if this taste is normal or if we got a bad one. It comes in a nice wooden case so I figured it might be a woody scent. The company apologized and immediately sent a replacement of 3 packs of Mango Pomegranate flavor and said there was no need to return other unused mint packs. Excellent customer service and the lip balm is perfect. The other mint flavors were okay and didn't have a smoky, woody smell. Very happy with my purchase.
