I gave this product 4 stars because this is my second time buying it. Back in 2014 I ordered one from this seller and it was fake or just a defective product. I already have one that I bought at the mall so I know exactly how it works. The one I bought in 2014 didn't heat up fully and the vibrate function didn't work. I left it on at max power for an hour and it never got hot, stayed warm. The one I recently bought in 2016 works great. Heated, vibration function works. This is a great straightener, I swear it does the job well and cuts the straightening time in half.
