You get what you pay for.
They're incredibly cheap, small and work well; but the output is very loud. I put a 5 amp load on the 20 amp version and the output had very high peaks around 100kHz and smaller peaks at much higher frequencies. Adding a bunch of capacitors at the output should calm it all down. I just bought and tested this power supply, so I don't have a long experience yet.
