It's definitely not as plush as the photos but it's stuffed enough. I wish it had a little bit more because my shoulders ache if my pillow isn't plush enough and my shoulders have been aching since using this. Also, it causes me to lose more sleep than before, I have to be more aware of what I am doing to change positions because I have to flip my legs when rolling over. For example if I lay on my left side and my left leg is under the pillow, then to roll on my right side I have to move my leg out from under and put it on top and put my right leg under. Not an easy transition in the middle of the night when sleep is already a struggle and it's hard to flip over from my belly getting so big. Because of all this I'm going to switch to a u shaped pillow so I don't have to adjust my legs so dramatically and can maybe move around easier. Overall I like the pillow but I flip around way too much for this to be convenient.
