The ease in which it can be used across multiple platforms is one thing I like about this software. You are able to set up alerts for many different events that you would want people notified when they occur! This allows us as an organization to stay informed without having to constantly send emails out or check our dashboard throughout each day. Sometimes we may receive too much information but most times there isn't enough so sometimes it's hard to figure out what exactly needs attention first. We also have not been given access to some features such as being able to delete old messages from previous days/weeks if needed. For those who don't know how easy it is to use once setup properly, its great because everyone knows where things go within minutes after login.
