It definitely doesn’t make my hair fuller nor soft. It left it flat and sticky. My hair was flat and dried out and it looked crunchy also. Don’t use if you have bleached hair and thinning hair. I have fine hair that needs volume that bleach doesn’t give me enough as it started falling out after having a bad hip replacement which dislocated 10 times and 3 revisions I was bedridden for 7 months. So during that time my stress was so bad that it started falling out. Even though I have had a successful revision from a new surgeon it continues to fall out. This just amplified my baldness and left my hair in clumps instead of spikes and I even tried it to make it just dry naturally and normally I have little pin curls and waves in the back. But it only left it clumpy and brittle. Not manageable. I used to love his products and even had my hair cut at his London salon when I lived there and everything I used over there were great for my bleached hair. But I couldn’t find his products back here and then I completely forgot about his line until I saw the and was excited to use it. But it’s not the same quality as it was in London. I even used a similar product that I absolutely loved. So don’t waist your money. Very disappointed.
