The camera started normally. However, the image quality has deteriorated and it flickers even in daylight, causing the images to roll back. I have to turn the flash on and off manually. I contacted Revain but they said I was away for 30 days and referred me to an overseas number that would cost me more to call than buying a new camera. You have not provided an email address or any other way of contacting the seller or manufacturer. I may have just received a defective camera but the one I have is terrible so beware the buyer. Even if you zoom in a little, it doesn't pixelate very well, even if you don't zoom in that far.
