I'm impressed! It works
It does what it says it does. Warms both chest and collar. You adjust the heat. I used it for a college football game last weekend where temp was 29. In the low setting battery lasted 7 hours or so. Otherwise I was impressed.

- battery is way to heavy and big and only last 2 1/2 hours... NOT GOOD
