I've been waiting to write a review on this product because I wanted to try it on different projects. What I found is that I really regret this purchase. Here's why: Whenever I cut a stack of paper, the cut pulls the paper against the guide, resulting in an uneven cut and paper damage (no matter how hard I press on the paper). When pinching paper, if I don't put a piece of paper on top of the paper I'm cutting, the rod holding the paper will make a dent in the paper. I've stopped using it for paper and now only use it for cutting underlay and other thicker materials.
