Purchased to do a video tour of a large family home. I found it unsuitable and returned it (second refund). The first device I received was not up to my Moto G6 Plus level (total weight 197.3 grams, well below the declared maximum). Therefore, the images were always tilted to the right. The second block suddenly collapsed shortly after launch during recording. Even without those mechanical issues, the biggest issue was the lack of a pause button while recording. Since sudden gimbal movements were unavoidable during "reset to default position", I had to shoot short clips and then try to glue them together with the Windows video editor, which was tedious and ultimately unsuccessful. I will continue to only use my phone to record videos, which saves me a lot of time and frustration. This can be a good tool if you just want to record long uninterrupted videos, but the software (Moza Genie) and therefore the device's usability would be much better if Moza only programmed the ability to pause rather than stop recording permanently.
