The dress is cute, hangs nicely and the top is stretchy so it will fit different bust sizes. I'm in between a size large and medium, bought a medium and it fits well (my measurements are 40-34-36, 5'6" 152 lbs). The spaghetti straps are flimsy but they adjust. The sewing is mostly single stitched, with a thin elastic waist. I have a long torso and the waistline sits a bit too high and pooched up, but if I add a thin belt it looks nice. My biggest issue with the dress, and why I only gave it a 3, is the material is super cheap. It is a print on top of white, vice using colored thread, and when it stretches you can see the white underneath. It's doesn't show much with the patterned dress I bought, but if you have a big chest I wouldn't order a solid print. In time it will stretch out on top and look faded. It's good for a summer dress, probably won't last through several washings.
