Disappointing Fashion and Baby Goods Online Store: Abolai

I've been doing a lot of internet shopping recently, and I came across Abolai, a website that sells what it says is a huge selection of men's and women's apparel, as well as infant and baby boy goods. My dealings with Abolai have been negative, thus I won't be recommending it to anyone. First and foremost, Abolai's items are of dubious quality. I bought a dress and shoes from them, and both items seemed badly manufactured and low-priced. The dress was made of cheap material and looked nothing like the photo on the website. The shoes were too big and hurt my feet. The products on Abolai's website also feature generic, uninspired designs. There is nothing special or fascinating about the range of clothing, and it is full of monotonous, generic designs. Their infant and infant boy items are similarly endearing but uninspired. In addition, Abolai has terrible support for its customers. It took several days for them to reply to my email asking about the shipment procedure. When they did respond, it was with an unsatisfactory statement that didn't address my issues. Last but not least, Abolai charges outrageous prices for shipping and handling. They claim to provide free shipping on orders over a specific threshold, yet their shipping rates are far more than those of competing online retailers. Overall, Abolai was not a positive shopping experience for me, and I would not suggest it to anyone. The quality of their goods is substandard, they lack creativity, and they charge exorbitant prices. Don't waste your time here; go somewhere else.

Pros
  • Website was really user-friendly.
Cons
  • A delay in shipping is possible.
