Holds the phone well but the only problem is that the ball joint/hinge often misaligns. When you hit a bump or drive through cracks in the road, it moves. It's really annoying as I have to constantly adjust it to get it back in place. I would not recommend taking it off-road or on rough roads. If it stayed in place and didn't move around as much, this would be a great product. Customer Service - 5 Star Rating. I did not ask for a refund or exchange. They contacted me and sent me a new one. Now it works great. Fixed the hinge/ball joint issue and the mount keeps the phone in place while in use. With the new one I am very happy with the product and how it works. I'm also very impressed with how much they listen to consumers and their opinions. When contacted they were very apologetic and wanted to make things right. I have never dealt with a company that goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. Very great product and great customer service.
