I like that they are constantly evolving their product by adding new features. The team at sendoso has been proactive in listening to our feedback and incorporating it into their product roadmap. Their support team is also very responsive and helpful. I dislike how difficult it can be to find certain features or even navigate through the platform. It's a very complex platform and there are many different ways to do almost anything you need to do. This makes it hard for some people to learn how to use all of the options. I highly recommend trying them out! They have a lot of great resources available for free as well. Sending promotional products to clients, employees, partners, etc.
