I bought this tool to help with lymphatic drainage and to massage the facial muscles. I clench my jaw when I'm stressed and sleeping, and my jaw hurts, especially in the mornings. I bought this stone for the gua sha massage I do by following the instructions on YouTube. The stone is hard, smooth and cool to the touch. No scratches, no chips. Very well packaged, I've been using it for a week and a half. This is my favorite stone because of the deep side indentation which allows me more control over the stone, especially when using face oil. It's a great color too and the patterns on the stone are so pretty! Very happy with the purchase.
