I've seen people complain that the filter doesn't fit. Once I understood how it happened, it was easy. The filter has a rubberized rim that needs to be inserted into the hole. Start at the bottom as it's lighter than the top. When the bottom is done, tuck the sides into the rim and finish at the top. It's a really comfortable fit as it should be. It took me a few minutes to undo the screw, remove the cover, remove the filter and replace. There are also several videos demonstrating this.
