Neither this strap nor the T-Bluer strap I bought fit my Fitbit Surge at all. Too bad I didn't film the original band! The only problem is that the outside is a little cracked. Now I use black tape! Both strips were the same size - the hole was too small. The photos here show how far I was able to fit the protruding plastic of the watch into the new strap - not very far. In photo 1 you can see that the band is pushed against the watch as far as it can go before it meets strong resistance. Photo 2 shows pressing with one hand (holding the phone with the other hand). Photo 3 is an enlarged view of what is inside the band. On each side of the inside of the strap there are 3 hard plastic squares that narrow the inside of the strap. (The gray spots are from the tape I used.) The plastic on the watch does NOT shrink so it doesn't fit this strap.
