I have used a few Inkbird products and was skeptical because of the price, but after using it I noticed some improvements over their older models. Something simple but necessary, the magnet on the back is stronger. The application is also easy to use and install - I installed and connected it without any instructions. By the way, the app is great, I can connect several devices to it. This was not possible with previous thermometers. I like that the probes are color coded and the device itself feels solid and sturdy. Didn't really have much time to try it this weekend, but was a little excited to use it, so I tested all 4 probes. ice water and boiling water. I was happy that all 4 sensors were the same and reading the same temperature - no discrepancies. I also decided to cook a quick meal for the family and some of the guests and decided to use the probes to pinpoint the cold and hot spots on my grill. It was probably more than just killing. I could do a cookie test, but why not? Overall a very good impression so far.
