The ability to have an open door policy within any department in order to share ideas is really helpful when it comes time implementing new solutions or processes that are needed by your business! Nothing as such but I think this may be due more so than anything else because we're not very big - just under 100 employees currently (but growing!). It's great having people from various departments come together across boundaries where they can work collaboratively towards solving problems faced daily through our service offerings/products offered.
