These are lovely spoons and our baby who is just starting to eat solids loves using them. They went through a few rounds in the dishwasher and so far so good. We fed him sweet potatoes, bananas, beef stew, avocados, golden kiwis, eggs, and almond butter, and he absolutely loved those spoons. Of course, these spoons can't stop the food from flying around when they grab the spoon and start playing with the spoon when there's food on it, but other than that, they're great starting spoons for your child. Also, he likes to chew on the soft silicone part as he teeth and the spoons are very durable. Customer service is really great too and they keep track of your purchase to make sure you are happy!
