I'm a total newbie to tie dye so I'm sure there must have been user error on my part but the wax seemed to harden and clog the tiny one tube almost immediately. Looking on the internet it seemed to me that real tie-dye masters use tie-dye pins with much larger holes, which would give me a little more time before the wax hardens. Overall these were quality pens, I would go for something with a much larger hole if you are new to tie dye or wax melting!
