First of all this is a great phone stand and qi charger, it's perfectly balanced so it doesn't tip over like many others. My phone has a case that is exactly 4.8mm thick and charges perfectly. Doesn't get overly cool. There are a few custom photos that don't show the actual color of the phone stand, so I turned off the flash and used a DSLR camera to try and capture the exact color. Part of the Qi charger is gloss black while the rest is matte black. The stand is also matte black, I modified my base and added carbon fiber material as I like that material and when using it like something in the tray like coins and such I prefer the smooth material. I have other Qi charging cradle and this is by far my favorite. However, he has a small problem. I have several micro USB 45* sleeve cables and USB 45* sleeve cables that are similar to Apple USB-C connectors that are universally mated either way. Micro USB cables with 45* sleeves do not fit the charging port on Lisen Qi chargers, as well as other traditional USB micro cables I have including the Samsung USB cable which is the included Lisen micro USB cable perfect so i use it. I think this is a manufacturer error. This is the only negative and as this is a minor issue no damage is bad. Still a very solid product that still gets 5 stars. I hope my photos help someone with this product.
