They were very apologetic and helped with the exchange. While the seals on the new bags are intact. I will check each one before labeling them. Thanks for the great customer service BagDream!*** I've been using these bags for a year now to pack the cereal I sell at farmers markets. They're usually fine and I've been happy with them. This previous order was defective. The seams were not taped properly (see attached photos). I pre-label my bags so they're ready to ship when I need them. So many of my expensive vinyl logo labels were wasted because the flaw in the bags wasn't obvious until I filled them with cereal. My photos don't even show all the packages I had to throw away, and I'm not done checking the hundreds of packages I've previously tagged. I had to repackage a bunch of my cereal after inspecting my bag closet for finished products. So much waste which is huge for my small home based business.
