Review on Terafyle by Rich Ferguson

It's easy enough for even non-technical users (or those who don't know where their drive is) to use with little or no training at all. I have been using it since 2010 without issue until now when suddenly one of my Macs will not recognize any external devices anymore after an update via OSX Mavericks 10.9.5. Not sure if that was related but would be great to get some kind of support from this software vendor before we go back into production mode again! We've used several other products in our industry over time including Time Machine Backup which has always failed us eventually as well so far there isn't anything else like TeraFile out there yet.
