Review on VUOHOEG Adapter Replacement 391174 001 481420 001 by Katie Harris

I bought this to use with my laptop when traveling. I plugged it into a 240v socket in the UK and thankfully turned away as soon as it EXPLODED! The power supply cover ripped off and small pieces of metal flew into the air, followed by black acrid smoke. I was very lucky to be injured but spent the next few hours coughing from the smoke as I had to unplug the unit to avoid catching the carpet on fire and ended up inhaling the smoke. The product description says it runs on 110-240v, but that is dangerously wrong.
