I inherited a carabiner like this when I bought a house. I really liked that the holes keep keys separate so they don't tangle, and the convenience of clipping it on a belt loop is great. After 3 years with my used one, the spring finally broke, and I was hard pressed to keep my keys safe and secure. I tried other key chains but they just don't work as well, so I ordered this multipack which works great. I can daisy chain carabiners and then unclip the one that holds my car keys. It has become hazardous to have too many keys/too much weight in your car's ignition, so this allows me to be safe. Also, sometimes I leave my building keys in my car trunk and just carry my car keys on hikes. The carabiner design makes it easy to attach/detach different sets of keys.
