I like that it allows me to communicate directly from my computer, without having an actual person in front of you! It's not always 100% accurate but when there is something wrong or if they don't understand what your asking for then all we need do at this point is ask them how he can help us fix whatever issue was preventing him answering correctly before (I think). Sometimes people are slow about replying/answering questions which takes away some time as well - however once again its usually just because hes taking his sweet-ass time rather than being intentionally rude haha.. Overall i love using AUNOA since their chatbot helps answer most common issues right off hand while also helping solve any problems where needed by adding more information into conversations instead trying guess work etcetera. We have found out so far through testing multiple different programs.
