Review on Gotham Steel 10-Piece Kitchen Set: Non-Stick Ti-Cerama Coating by Chef Daniel Green - Skillets, Fry Pans, Stock Pots, and Steamer Insert in Copper by Trent Kraft

The quality of the non-stick coating on this pan has so far been excellent. Within the first week of receiving these pans, my daughters wanted to make homemade mac and cheese. After preparing the cheese sauce, they poured it over the pasta in another pan, but accidentally didn't turn on the stove and the sauce at the bottom of the pan burned crisp. Noticing the burner was still on, we turned it off and took a rubber spatula and were able to remove all of the burnt cheese from the bottom of the pan. No scrapers, no cleaners, just a rubber spatula. It was incredibly impressive. One problem I've seen with these pans so far is that the non-stick surface scratches very easily unless you're using wooden or rubber cookware. Metal beaters/tools are not the best option for these pans. Hopefully these pans will stand the test of time but for the price they are amazing.
