The ease of using touchstone is almost too much! I can't imagine how long it would take me if i had no help from my staff, but even with them having an understanding they still need some assistance sometimes when getting started in certain areas or just learning more about what features are available etc..
It's very intuitive so any new user should be able to get up-to speed quickly without needing training - however there will always people who do not know their way around programs like this (or have never used one) which leads into issues at times as well because we may ask someone questions that only those familiar could answer easily otherwise... So far its been working out really great though!! We were looking specifically towards keeping track/monitoring our customer service calls via video chat instead taking notes during each call by hand; This has allowed us keep all.
