Upgrade: Upgrade 2 stars for customer service. I managed to email their support (i-blason.com). They sent me a new case with proof of purchase. Although I still have questions about the quality of the product, they support it. Overall, it makes a pretty solid impression for the price. Unfortunately, my screen protector has been scratched from being plugged in for a week. In this respect it is rather uncertain. Because of the design, there's no real way to fix it without ordering another case. There have been similar cases in the past that have lasted for years, so I'm guessing it has to do with the thickness of the layer of debris.
