While I certainly wasn't expecting amazing quality for the price, I found this product to be too unstable to use for its intended purpose. Notebook stand. It was shaking quite a bit just trying to type on my laptop. While I could see this working as a projector stand where you set it up and leave it alone, I don't recommend it as a laptop stand.
