Nice bright display, although it's very bright even on the 'dim' setting - I can live with that. BUT the radio is TERRIBLE! AM stations hum like interference all the time, but turning off everything in the house doesn't improve the situation. On FM, even with the antenna cable connected and optimized, the sound is distorted and the signal appears and disappears even on local stations with a full signal. Volume boost is not good, setting 8 is too low and setting 9 is too loud. It's a cheap price but the radio makes it useless.
