Review on Cuisinox Whistling Tea Kettle 3 Liter by Tara Clark

I bought this kettle about a year ago and when I first used it the whistle didn't work properly not loud very weak then stopped After that there was no work at all more so I had to stand next to the kettle every time I used it so I wouldn't forget it. Was am. Well that's exactly what I did last night and the kettle boiled over and all the plastic melted before I put it down because I smelled a burning smell that had never been there. I bought a $20 kettle that lasted longer and had no safety issues. Otherwise, the manufacturer made a good product and then modified it with a very cheap whistle, which is a major safety issue. I was lucky it was just a kettle and not the house my husband and I live in Fran.
