Low quality. An earplug doesn't work!

I only used it a few months after purchase which was a mistake. One of the headphones didn't work. I thought Skullcandy had to be one of the best brands. They also lack noise cancellation. I feel completely ripped off. I've learned my lesson to always try things as soon as they arrive. I spent $30.
