It's perfect for taking my phone and keys with me on the run, and I also use dog treats when I walk my dogs. It has 1 large pocket that can fit your phone and other items and 2 small side pockets that are easy to access for dog treats or other small items. It's such great value too! Good quality material. It's like a belt that you can buy in sporting goods stores for $20-$30.
